I absolutely love coming here for my glasses and exams. The doctors and other staff are friendly and professional. Nico specifically helped me pick out two pairs of glasses and helped me make some custom adjustments on my prescription sunglasses that I love. Ask for him for all of your classes needs because he is friendly and amazingly helpful. I would recommend Nico, and the Visual Eyes team to anyone.

Doctors are very attentive and knowledgeable. They do their job well and efficiently. I definitely recommend visiting here for regular visual checkups. When it comes to glasses, they a lot of great brands on the floor, and modelers are attentive. Keep in mind, however, that a lot of the brands they house can be very pricy and require manufacture and shipping delays.

I’ve been a client here for countless years- always returning because of the fully excellent experience with staff, the expertise and the finished product- always a perfect pair of glasses! This year, I was fortunate to work with Shaun (Sean?) who went above and beyond to search the perfect frame, perfect color - which was not easy due to manufacturer’s supplies! Shaun is a professional who made the extra efforts-(investing much time and concern) to create an outstanding outcome!!! Also- Fiorella and Vanessa must be commended for their kind and caring attitudes and helpfulness-( as well as Marietta and Kevin in the past!).

Hands down the best!!! Shaun is an absolute dandy to work with. Not only does he know everything there is to know about the ojo, but he is also one of the coolest cats in the industry!!! My kids love him, my wife loves him, and heck even our pet opossum loves him!!! Now that is saying something!!! 10/10 keep up the great work Visual Eyes!!

My first time to visual eyes. Shaun helped me right as soon as I walked in. He helped me pick out eye glasses. I purchased them and I love them and get so many compliments. Going for my annual eye exam at Visual Eyes is my favorite time of year. The ladies at the front are always helpful with my appts. I’ve never had a problem rescheduling if I need to. They have good follow up and are always friendly on arrival. The optometrists: Dr Haugen and Dr Radice are both knowledgeable, informative and thorough. The equipment the use is state of the art and the measures they’ve taken to insure health and safety in a “Covid-19/Pademonium” world made me feel completely safe. The rest of the team in the optometrics dept. is professional, well-trained and always put our minds at ease. When you step into the retail store, the specialist there REALLY know and understand their brands. They have the ability to recall products and help guide you to designs you may otherwise not have known. This is helpful because their inventory is great. We have had the pleasure of working with Shaun over the years. Shaun is smart, creative and incredibly resourceful. He is also open and gives honest feedback and lots of personal attention to the details. Last time we were there we also got to work with Emmy. We hadn’t met her on any of our previous trips to the Boca store, but she is fantastic. As lovely as she is kind and in tune with the Visual Eyes customer and their many brands. Thanks again for another nice visit!

I been, since last Wednesday, suffering pain in my left eye, very unconfortable, that cold even read the daily newspaper. Today, I went to Visual Eyes. Was able to have an appointment at 1.oo PM. Thank God, I went there. They made a complete examination, and found a couple eye lashes in my left eye. To (Dr. Giselle Radice) I am extremely grateful to Visual Eyes . Also, prescribed some medicine. and now 6.00 P.M. I am feeling completely different. So, I must present my thanks to Visual Eyes and to Dr. Giselle for all they concern. Again, thank you v very much for your help.

Alright lets start with the fact this wonderful establishment has been taking care of my prescription glasses needs for 10+ years now. I am writing this review after it has been long due and along with the great care Shaun has been providing me for what feels like has been forever. I am currently still with my favorite pair of prescription Persol frames with the blue reflective coated lenses which also transitions for sun protection and blue light protection from screens recommended by him. Shaun has been a real guy and friend over these years, have ran into him many times in public and its always been a pleasure. I recommend anyone who needs to step their glasses game up to come find Shaun who is nothing but a relaxed professional ready to get you the best. Much love.

Excellence in customer support and eye glass selection. The very best in service that I've had the pleasure of experiencing in quite some time, no matter the industry. These guys are true professionals that know their business, are able to offer same day service on prescription lenses, and work to make sure that you pick the perfect frames from their wide selection. It should be mentioned that they're very familiar with VSP Insurance and work to make sure all possible discounts are applied. If you have a chance talk to Shaun, you won't be disappointed, he knows his stuff!

I recently went into Visual Eyes to get my glasses adjusted and figured I would look around at new frames while I was in the store. Renee instantly greeted me with a smile and began showing me frames of all shapes and colors that would best suit my face. As I was trying on the frames, Shaun came out and was able to give me some input as well. They had me trying on frames I never thought I would! Well, I'm incredibly happy they did, because never have I loved my frames so much ? they were both so knowledgeable on the products and the process that goes into ones vision. When I recieved my glasses, I couldnt believe how impeccable the alignment, the lenses and the frames were! I will definitely continue going to Visual Eyes in Boca. Thank you so much team!

I have to say for years I have been coming here. I really love coming here, I get the best service and some of the best eyewear I’ve ever had. But one of the reasons, one of the biggest reasons that I continue to come here is Sean, not only has he pointed me to someone the most fashionable glasses but he always gets the fit right and stays within my budget. He is incredibly pleasant and professional and I always ask for him. Now I bring my daughter here for her glasses too and my ex gets his glasses here and we all feel the same way about Sean. I absolutely adore him and the whole staff at Mizner Park!!

The only place I would EVER go for glasses. Shaun and Erin are absolutely amazing. My wife, 2 months after purchasing her glasses, decided she did not like the frames she chose. We came back and told Shaun and he told us, as did Erin, "We want you to be happy". An hour later we had new frames and lenses. Great selection...great price...absolutely AMAZING, honest and knowledgeable individuals. Seriously..do not go anywhere else.

Shopped around town and this is it - hands down. Top of the line experience. Friendly, helpful, and professional staff. State of the art equipment/technology. Dr. Evans was very knowledgeable/reassuring and ultimately spot on - I can now see comfortably for the first time in a long time with my new prescription. Also brought my 2 year old in to have a pair of sunglasses made with her strong prescription and they made it happen! Polarized sunglasses for my baby with her prescription built in. Could not be happier with both results.

I've been going to Visual Eyes for 20+ years and through the years they have consistently provided the best customer service and product lineup. Dr. Evans and Dr. Radice are phenomenal. When you are getting the eye examination you feel like they are truly taking their time to insure they get the right prescription for you. When it comes to sales - Shaun is the man! It's difficult to choose a frame in any eye glass store given the volume of inventory, so a knowledgeable specialist who can walk you through the options and give you an unbiased opinion is fairly rare to find. Shaun will focus on your needs during the entire visit and make sure your final selections are the right ones. Any issues with your frames afterwards, and the staff is there to help make adjustments as needed to insure that you are satisfied with your purchase. One last thing - they have an exceptional collection of frames and are always looking to find something just a little bit different with the kind of quality that will endure over the years. Absolutely LOVE going to Visual Eyes Mizner Park. I have been coming here for 4 years now, every single time I am so well taken care of! The staff including Kirsten and Ty are so kind and patient and incredibly helpful. Kirsten and Ty always help me to find the best frames that look amazing. My experience at the office is very relaxing. I have since moved from Boca to 30 minutes away and continue to visit Visual Eyes in Mizner Park because the experience and service is unparalleled!

I initially went to Visual Eyes because it was near my office, they accepted my new insurance, and I REALLY needed new contacts. But I'll keep going back because of how I was treated. Their staff is one of the best I've ever encountered. They made every possible effort to provide a great experience and they delivered in spades. Honestly, I'd give 6 stars if I could.

The team here is the very best!!!! Dr Evans is an amazing optometrist, who I have been going to for several years and would not think to go any other Dr. They have the most state of the art equipment. Ty and Shaun have always taken care of us like VIPs, and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! They have suggested and helped us with frames and lenses that we are constantly receiving compliments on. I recommend Visual Eyes to everyone for all their eye heath and glasses, or contact needs.

This place is awesome. First I would like to thank the staff and doctor for taking my appt although i was 15 mins late yesterday due to the train moving extra slow. Thank you so much. Had a great experience with Dr Radice, seen her before and never had any issues with my prescription. To the staff, thank you Alex and Tiffany for accommodating me during my appt. And finally to Shaun who worked very long and patiently with me to find the right pair of glasses to fit my style and personality. Visual eyes def deserves a five star.

Clean and professional setting. Technology seemed state of the art. Didnt have to do eye dialation because of new machine. There is a fee to use instead of dialation but they gave to me for free. Very handsome optmetrist. He was very informative and professional. Delightful to discover i needed a light prescription. Nurse was cute. Everyone was polite. Looking forward to my first pair of glasses.

From my experience, most Optometry stores are pretty much the same, but this one actually went the extra mile to insure that I was completely satisfied with my new glasses. There was a bit of confusion about my correct prescription, so the first two times my glasses were made they were not quite right. Visual Eyes made sure that everything was perfect, and in return they have me as a customer for life. Service is an invaluable part of any business and this place gets and A+. Thank you Ty and the entire staff for being so caring and helpful.

I am not usually impressed with businesses. However, Visual Eyes are completely doing it right from the front desk, to every single person you encounter on your visit. The technology used is so advanced that not only they will be able to identify general vision problems... but prevent them from happening on the first place. The optometrist that saw me was so knowledgeable and extremely caring. I received help finding a perfect fit glasses. I was looking for a fun, burgundy frame and the lady who helped me found absolutely the best frame for me. No wonder they have been in business for over 30 years. Places like this need to be recognize for their excellent service and dedication.

This is the second time I have had Visual Eyes make glasses for me. The first time, a year ago, there was a problem but the issue was with my previous doctor's prescription. Visual Eyes remade the glasses for me after I had Dr. Larry Lampert (not of Visual Eyes) change the near-vision part of my varilux progressives' prescription. However, Dr. Lampert had also over-corrected for the astigmatism and now, less than a year later, I needed to get new glasses again because the glasses were causing headaches. This time, I went to Dr. Evans at Visual Eyes. It was he who found the inconsistencies in the prescription. He spent a long time with me, explained everything very thoroughly and, because of my sensitivity, checked and double-checked my visual needs. Shaun, the lab manager, worked with me extensively in making the regular and sun glasses (both progressives). He did all the measurements himself, sent the lenses back to be redone when they weren't accurate enough for my sensitive eyes (even though they were considered within normal parameters). I did have to wait longer than expected since the lenses had to be redone, but I can only be thankful that Shaun made sure they were exactly to the necessary standard. After I complained that the progressives were less than comfortable for computer use, he made me a dedicated pair of single-vision computer glasses. Because of the issues with the previous glasses and the long wait to get the new ones, he did not charge me for the computer glasses - definitely above and beyond! I cannot recommend Visual Eyes highly enough. Not only are they extremely high tech with the newest exam instruments, but they know their products very well and are well-versed in the personal touch. They are proof that the little guys can measure up to the conglomerates and surpass them in know-how, personal service and price.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Evans and his team. I went in for an annual exam and to discuss contacts and lasic. At the end of it, it was almost a two hour appointment; I had several questions, added in a different test to judge my eyes for the lasic procedure, and of course I needed a new pair of sunglasses.. I never felt rushed, I felt confident, and couldn't be happier. I actually drive an hour to come to this office in particular, this is my second visit to them and continue to be a happy client.

I have procrastinated over 2 months in sharing this review because my experience was so multi faceted that I didn't know what to write about my frustrating and yet satisfying experience. To save us all time, let me just say that I was less then satisfied with my first pair of glasses that were ordered. From the fitting of the frames, to the"screw up" in making the lenses, that was not caught until I returned a second time. Due to my persistence, I was finally helped by Shaun. He did everything in his power to convert me to a happy customer. He had to think outside of the box to fit my very narrow face in frames that actually fit me and looked decent. He took his time with me knowing that my situation needed attention to detail, which he provided. In the end, I spent more money on a pair of glasses then I wanted to, but I finally have a good fitting pair of glasses. All because Shaun remedied all that needed fixing and did all he could to provide excellent customer service. I am forever grateful to Shaun. Give that man a raise!

Two days before a certification exam that I have been preparing for several months, I accidentally broke the frame of my distance glasses. Uncertain that the glasses with my old prescription would be a viable backup, Visual Eyes went above and beyond to find me a compatible frame to temporarily mount the lenses on while the new frame was getting shipped. The services provided by Visual Eyes always exceed my expectation.

I had the BEST optical store experience here. The two gentlemen who helped me today were knowledgeable, and very helpful. I didn't feel rushed to a decision or felt like I was being hovered over. I took my time and had my personal space to try on eyeglasses and every suggestion they made was something that I loved and fit my budget. They also have an amazing collection of eyewear. My eyeglasses were ready in an hour or less and the process went very smooth. I would definitely recommend this place if you're on the hunt for eyeglasses or sunglasses.
